Catcalling From the Perspective of Criminal Law in Indonesia

Sexual harassment that often occurs is physical or verbal. Catcalling an act of verbal sexual harassment. has become a social problem considered common among the public. The catcalling unknowingly reduced person’s human right. Therefore, by using normative juridical approach, researchers will examine how construction law in criminal Indonesia analyze as crime and have impact on legal consequences.
